Steve drives his passion for developing tomorrow’s leaders through coaching, outreach and mentoring, both in the professional world and with local youth.  He has coached sports in the Mustang, OK area since 2004, including softball, basketball and baseball and served 10+ years on the board of directors for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Oklahoma.
