GET TO KNOW KATE SINCLAIR
Kate Sinclair serves as Business Manager, supporting the organization’s financial and
administrative processes. Prior to joining Strata Leadership, Kate spent 13 years serving at Alameda Church of Christ in a variety of roles supporting the church’s financial, communications, and administrative needs.
Kate approaches her work with both creativity and thoughtful attention to detail.
She holds a B.A. in Spanish from the University of Oklahoma and an A.A.S. in Digital Media Design. Outside of work, Kate enjoys reading, gardening, and spending time with her husband, Josh, and their two dogs, Champ and Baker.
