Utilizing a keen eye for detail, Annalise works behind the scenes at Strata Leadership to ensure our data is up to date and accurate. An avid researcher, she is continually exploring new approaches to problem solving. Applying her interest in technology at work, she has streamlined and improved how Strata communicates to our current and future clients. She began working with Strata in the spring of 2022.
Although she has a broad range of interests, including psychology and applied technology, she is most recognized for work as an artist. Her interest in art started very early in life. Building on her natural interest and talent, she has invested countless hours learning to draw, paint, sculpt and work with textiles. Her work was even featured by Pixar Animation Studios at the age of 16. Throughout high school, she was regularly commissioned by both individuals and companies. Today, she enjoys art as a hobby.
Outside of work, Annalise tries to get outdoors whenever possible. She loves animals, enjoys creating music, and hunting for bargains.
