Howard Johnson is a true advocate for Health, Wellness, and Helping Children. He has teamed with organizations over the last three years, such as St. Jude Hospitals, and assisted in raising well over 2 million dollars for viable research initiatives for pediatric cancers as well as Lymphoma. Howard himself is a Lymphoma survivor. Over the years, he has been involved in mentorships to bring and be a positive influence to children in schools like Edgemere Elementary in Oklahoma City and Redlands College in El Reno, Oklahoma.
Howard brings a unique perspective on communication and how to build personable and robust relationships within organizations. His broad range experience with businesses such as Idearc Media, CBS, The Oklahoman Media Company, and Anchor Drilling have given Howard an abyssal look into the world of Organizational Development and the importance of employee empowerment as a means of improving job satisfaction for employees and increasing employee retention rates for businesses.
Howard graduated from the University of Science and Arts of Oklahoma with a BS in Human Resource Management. As part of the United States Air Force Reserve, he spent seven years with both the 403rd and 507th logistics command at Tinker Air Force Base in Midwest City, Oklahoma. Howard is also a certified Drilling Fluids Engineer and has 1 Daughter Lydo Michelle Johnson.
