Bobbie Sue Wolk has lived in Alaska for 33 years and has owned and operated her company, Rosewood LLC for the past 25 years. Rosewood LLC has three divisions: Rosewood Coaching, Rosewood Accounting and Rosewood Research. She has coached on every continent in the world except Antarctica. Bobbie is a certified executive coach, mentor coach, health and well-being coach, industrial-organizational psychologist, accountant, business consultant, adjunct professor, author and entrepreneur with experience in all aspects of running organizations that achieve success. She created the curriculum and teaches the course, “Managing with Emotional Intelligence” at the University of Alaska. She teaches leadership at Washington State University and is on the faculty at College of Executive Coaching where she prepares students to become ICF Certified Coaches.
Bobbie has her undergraduate degree in business, with a major in accounting. She returned to Capella University where she got her master’s in science in Industrial-Organizational Psychology and subsequently attended the College of Executive Coaching in Santa Barbara and is the first certified International Coach Federation (ICF) in Alaska. Bobbie is a Master Certified Coach with the ICF – their highest distinction. She is certified as an ICF Mentor Coach and is in process for her certification with the International Consortium for Health and Wellness Coaching (ICHWC). She is a Vistage Speaker which has allowed her to talk about “Living, Leading and Loving with Emotional Intelligence from Washington DC to San Francisco to Hawaii. She gives workshops throughout Alaska and the lower 48.
Bobbie is a strengths-based executive coach and incorporates the teaching and understanding of emotional intelligence and positive psychology in her coaching with executives. She works with executives at all levels of an organization.
