With an accounting degree from Harding University, Christie began her career in audit, working for Ernst & Young and later one of Arkansas’ largest bank holding companies. Leaving the accounting world, she took several years off to help raise her family. She embraced her creative side and founded a successful portrait photography business during that time.

Christie’s love of detail and creative inclination has become the perfect intersection for her work at Strata. She began her journey with Strata in early 2019. Taking a role as Nathan’s Executive Assistant, she now thrives in an environment that values both precision and ingenuity and enjoys supporting the team’s day-to-day operations. In addition to her administrative role, her interest in storytelling and visual aesthetics have combined to make her an integral part of Strata’s events team, assuming the role of an in-house photographer and videographer. Christie’s unique skill set has proven vital in creating compelling visual content for Strata’s marketing initiatives and in helping capture moments that reflect Strata’s mission and values.

Outside of her professional pursuits, Christie embraces new challenges and indulges in her passion for oil painting and tending to her garden. She and Nathan enjoy spending time with their two daughters and their dog, Teddy, and visiting the national parks whenever possible.
