The Workplace Coaching Clinic is a two-day onsite learning intensive program designed exclusively for the needs of professionals seeking to enhance their ability to provide coaching within their organizations (internal coaching).

Facilitated by highly experienced coaches, the program is a blend of academic theory and practical application. Space for the Coaching Clinic is limited for optimal participant engagement. This program is ideal for any professional seeking to utilize coaching skills to develop their leadership or management capacity within their organization.

Participants will receive Strata Center for Workplace Coaching Level One Certification at the end of the two-day Clinic!

This exclusive experience brings together a community of professionals with a shared commitment to service and provides participants a network of coaching experts to assist them as they transform into the workplace coach they want to be!

Upon successful completion of the program, participants will receive:

  • Level One Coaching Certification from the Strata Center for Workplace Coaching
  • 7 PDCs for the SHRM-CP® or SHRM-SCP®

A block of single occupancy, deluxe king rooms at the special rate ($169/night) has been established should you choose to stay at the Colcord Hotel.
