Jachin Merrill, MCC, is an ICF Master Certified Coach with a proven track record of working with leaders at high-profile organizations worldwide. With over two decades of experience leading high-performing teams and coaching individuals at all levels—from the C-suite to first-time managers—Jachin specializes in leadership development, team performance coaching, conflict resolution, and effective communication.
An Emmy award-winning broadcast journalist and former television news executive, Jachin offers a unique perspective on leadership, communication, team building, and conflict management, as well as navigating the pressures of corporate America. He integrates his expertise in emotional intelligence and human motivation to help leaders overcome complex challenges, strengthen their teams, and achieve peak performance. As a workplace conflict mediator and coach, Jachin teaches leaders to view conflict as an opportunity to drive productivity, profitability, and employee engagement. He has worked with leaders at some of the world’s largest organizations, including NASA, the United States Air Force, AT&T, Mars Inc., LinkedIn, and Warner Bros.
Jachin holds degrees in Leadership and Organizational Development from the University of Oklahoma and is an IMI-certified workplace conflict mediator. He brings nearly two decades of management experience from Griffin Communications, NBC News, TEGNA, and Hearst Argyle Television. He is also a regular guest lecturer at the University of Oklahoma and the University of Central Oklahoma.
