Program Manager


Scott is a professional business administrator with background in customer service, budget management, and operational administrative duties. Highly skilled in managing operational duties of business and propelling teams towards success. Prior experience from military and executive administration lends strong leadership abilities to qualifications.

Prior to Strata Leadership, Scott was an administrative assistant with the Chickasaw Nation and before that he served in the U.S. Navy with VAQ-139 attached to the USS Theodore Roosevelt.

Scott is a graduate of Southeastern Oklahoma State University with a BS in Biology and a Master’s degree in Native American Leadership. Scott enjoys traveling, hiking, camping, and spending time with family, friends, and his dog Max.
