Our mission is the promotion of ethical and effective workplace coaching by providing professionals access to the research, training and resources needed to coach with skill and confidence.
To ensure the programs and resources offered through the Strata Center for Workplace Coaching are relevant and practical, a volunteer Advisory Council was formed to provide insight into workplace coaching needs. The Advisory Council is comprised of 25-30 recognized influencers in the field of Human Resources.

Coaching Clinic Cancellation Policy
The Strata Center for Workplace Coaching Cancellation and Refund Policy will be as follows to assure consistency. The refund and cancellation policy are nonnegotiable.
Because of the nature of securing and committing the time of faculty, incurred planning, venue, gifts and other related costs, any cancellation on or before September 29, 2019 will be billed at 50% the total fee. Registrations canceled after September 29, 2019 will be billed at 100% of the total fee. Registrations may be transferred to another individual with prior notice to email@example.com
If an event is canceled due to natural disasters (earthquakes, extreme weather or fires), human events (war, riots or other significant upheavals) or performance failures outside of the control of Strata (canceled flights, labor disputes other than those of the contractual parties, disruptions in essential services such as electricity, communications or other services), the program can be rescheduled within 90 days without penalty to either party. If the training day is not rescheduled within 90 days then, only at the request of the client, a refund of 50% (equivalent only to the number of course days canceled) will be extended.
