Team coaching is an open-ended and iterative process that finds the team and individual members “where they are” and provides a safe, confidential, and honest space and structure in which topics can be discussed, issues can be resolved, and problems can be solved. In this way, team coaching is non-programmatic and non-directive like other team development training or consulting.
