Valerie Hope, a distinguished leadership coach and dynamic speaker, is known for her insatiable curiosity and creative spirit. With a travel history spanning over 30 countries and living with more than 400 host families, Valerie’s global adventures fuel her unique coaching approach.
For over 20 years, Valerie has passionately dedicated herself to supporting leaders worldwide. She helps them explore subconscious beliefs, thoughts, and behaviors, fostering consciousness, connection, and creativity. Her mission is to guide her clients towards O.M.G.! This means to Own their talents and purpose, Master key skills and knowledge, and Give their best to their teams, organizations, and communities. This process enables them to become even more conscious, connected and creative leaders.
While facilitating workshops or coaching sessions, Valerie goes beyond data points, illuminating what truly matters. She believes that true leadership isn’t just about achievement, is also feeling alive and inspired in one’s work.
After experiencing two major career changes, Valerie made a bold pivot to entrepreneurship in 2018, founding her company, Connect to Joy, LLC. She holds an executive coaching certification from U.C. Berkeley Executive Coaching Institute and is certified in the energy psychology process of PSYCH-K® and the HeartMath® system. Her diverse clientele spans industries such as technology, education, government, hospitality, and finance.
A Spanish speaker hailing from the Republic of Panama, she now lives in Dallas, Texas. Valerie’s playfulness shines on the tennis court, improv stage, and in her community choir. Her dynamic and joyous approach inspires leaders globally, guiding them on transformational journeys to unlock their fullest potential.
