Will Brantley is a proven leader with more than 25 years of experience driving growth in higher education and business. He began his career in sales/customer service/recruitment in the early 2000s when he owned and operated an insurance and financial services company. He took a struggling agency and built a thriving and successful multi-employee team and consistently led his region in both sales and retention performance. After transitioning away from the public sector and into enrollment management, Will advanced from enrollment counselor to Vice President. During his tenure he led admissions, marketing, financial aid, and adult and graduate enrollment teams. His leadership delivered consistent enrollment growth, including increases of 22% and 15%, while guiding institutions through transformational moments such as COVID-19. Currently, Will serves as an enrollment management consultant, where he combines his background in leadership and sales to deliver measurable results for his partners. He has secured the largest contract in company history and exceeded sales goals by 40%, while helping his institutional partners implement strategies that have boosted both enrollment and net tuition revenue. Will earned a master’s degree in Intercultural Studies and a MBA inTransformational Leadership. He is a certified Workplace Coach.
